I have been busy dropping and chopping branches to manage the health of the trees and to produce the mulch that is being spread over the freshly planted seeds to retain moisture and warmth as we move into the dry winter season. This has been a big task that requires a lot of physical exertion and planning, but I cannot let it take away my focus from all the other small, but equally important jobs around the farm.
